Updated Polling Trend of Eugene City Council Job Performance Rating

The Eugene City Council’s job performance rating continues to be at the same level and continues to be very low. This low rating is┬ánot unusual. It is common for most legislative groups being polled.

QUESTION:
How would you rate the job the Eugene City Council is doing: excellent, good, fair, poor?

METHODOLOGY:
All surveys consist of 200 telephone interviews of likely Eugene General Election voters. The margin of error at the overall sample median is plus or minus 7 percent.

The surveys were conducted February 15-16, 2010, June 14-15, 2010, November 29-30, 2010, January 24-25, 2011, May 25-26, 2011, September 26-27, 2011, December 5-6, 2011, and May 23-24,2012.

Mayor Piercy’s rating continues level. Voters are well acquainted with her. There has been little change for nearly two years.

How would you rate the job Eugene Mayor Kitty Piercy is doing?: excellent, good, fair, poor?

Mayor Piercy’s favorability rating improved a bit, but not significantly. Voters know her very well. They continue to like her.
