The Authors

Rick Lindholm is the President of Lindholm Company and Lindholm Research. He is a native Oregonian (born in Eugene). He has a Ph.D. in History and in Economics from the University of Chicago. He has been a consultant for more than two decades. He taught seniors and M. B. A. students in the University of Oregon’s Finance Department for more than a decade while consulting.
